The room was too small. I could barely open the wardrobe doors. Cleanliness was not great, and the beds really need replacing. Breakfast was poor, offering very little of quality.

the location was prime, super close to everything! the room was wonderfully clean and surprisingly spacious. breakfast was great, i loved the toast, yummy jams, ham, cheese. yogurt, coffee and juice. the staff were also very friendly and helpful!!!

The walls seemed a little thin. I could sometimes hear noise from other rooms.

This location is superb, providing very close proximity to key transport hubs, for example, the main bus station. It made day trips very easy. furthermore, many notable sights are within a short, manageable walk of around 10 minutes.

breakfast included fruit, juice, coffee, toast and varied pastries, so it was a good way to start the day. the rooms have makeup remover wipes, a fantastic touch. the entire building and all rooms are kept clean.

The staff members were friendly and always willing to assist with directions or recommendations. Their positive attitude really made a difference. check-in was quick and easy. Plus, they were very accommodating regarding luggage storage after checkout.

the noise levels were a real problem. i could hear everything from the neighboring rooms (the walls feel paper-thin) and the breakfast was quite underwhelming. it really impacted my overall stay.

The room was very clean. Front desk staff were helpful. The location is central but the street is very quiet. Checkout time is at 12:00, and I think it is a very generous policy.

Soundproofing is poor. I heard a lot of noises from nearby rooms.
